As the CEO & Managing Broker of Premier, LLC, Neal is in charge of compliance for the firm. He oversees the day to day business practices of the firms' agents, leads & organizes business training opportunities, does one on one business coaching, & does hands-on trainings for company systems at each office.

As the COO & Managing Partner of Premier, LLC., Amy is in charge of the day to day operations within each office. She oversees communications, social media marketing, agent onboarding, & record keeping for the firm.
